Over the years I have owned over 60 Vespas and personally restored over 25 scooters. My first Vespa was a 50 special I bought used in 1986. In the mid 1990's I was a part owner in a vintage scooter shop in Southern California.

Growing up I always enjoyed helping my father in the garage with his Austin Mini Cooper restorations. When I turned 17 My father purchased a 1964 Vespa GL 150 for us to restore together. I currently have three restored Vespas and one un-restored 1968 Vespa Super Sport set aside for restoration when my son turns 15.

In 1978 I purchased a bright red P200e new from the Vespa dealer in Chicago. I have bought, sold, traded many scooters since but I have always managed to hold on to my 78' P200e.

As the latest member I found our group "Classic Vintage Vespas' online and connected with the group for assistance in purchasing my first Vespa. I so was touched by their dedication and support that I offered to volunteer my services with their website and social media in order to help other Vespa enthusiasts reach their goals.
